Extreme Reach, Inc., a Needham, MA-based provider of digital video advertising distribution solutions, has secured $9m in Series B financing.
The round, comprised of $7m in equity and $2m in term debt, was led by Village Ventures, with participation from Greycroft Partners and Long River Ventures.
All of them invested in the company’s Series A round.
Extreme Reach’s model is based on a SaaS solution that allows post-production houses, advertisers and agencies to connect with media destinations and simplify the management, delivery and tracking of ad campaigns across video media, including TV, web, cinema, outdoor, and mobile.
The company, which also operates offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Louisville, KY, will use the new funds to accelerate ist expansion.
