Brand.net, a San Mateo, CA-based online display and video platform that drives offline sales through online advertising, closed a $14m Series C financing round.
The investment was led by Focus Ventures, with participation from existing venture capital partners InterWest Partners and Norwest Venture Partners.
In conujnction with the funding, the company also announced the opening of its first West Coast office and the addition of senior online sales veterans from Yahoo! and Time Warner.
Brand.net’s customers include agencies and brand advertisers across different industries including consumer packaged goods, retail, quick service restaurant, pharmaceutical, entertainment, finance and technology.
