Blazent, a San Mateo, CA-based provider of IT Outsourcing Governance solutions, has secured $10m in funding.

The round was leby HighBAR Ventures, with participation from KeyNote Ventures, Walden Venture Capital, and Catamount Ventures.
The new funding will support the company’s growth and expansion into new markets.
In conjunction with the investment, Roy Thiele-Sardiña, Managing Partner at HighBAR Ventures will join Blazent’s board along with Matt Miller from Walden Venture Capital, Mark Silverman of Catamount Ventures and John Kim of HighBAR.
Blazent’s solution addresses the lack of measurable controls and trusted visibility in information technology outsourcing (ITO) contracts, which today results in strained relationships between service providers and their enterprise customers.
It is used by service providers including CSC, HP Enterprise Services, and IBM Global Services to deliver and monitor thier engagements around the world.
