Enquisite, Inc., a San Francisco, CA-based provider of marketing measurement and optimization solutions, has closed a $5.2m round in new financing.
The round was lead by new investor Rho Canada Ventures, with participation from existing investors including Castile Ventures, Formative Ventures, Retro Venture Partners and The Entrepreneurs’ Fund III.
In conjunction with the funding, Jeffrey Grammer, partner at Rho Canada, will join the company’s board of directors.
Enquisite, which provides web-based software that helps digital marketers and SEO professionals to better measure and optimize their inbound marketing efforts, will use the new capital to fuel product and marketing initiatives as it broadens its offering for new audiences.
