Casa Systems, Inc., an Andover, Massachusetts-based provider of innovative Cable Modem Termination Systems (CMTS) and IP video solutions for broadcast and unicast services, has received a minority investment from Summit Partners. 
As stated by Jerry Guo, Founder and CEO of the company, “with the backing of Summit Partners, Casa is pursuing an even more aggressive growth strategy in both domestic and international markets”. In conjunction with the funding, Bruce R. Evans and Jason Glass, respectively a Managing Director and a Vice President with Summit Partners, will join Casa Systems’ board of directors.
