Lemnis Lighting B.V., a Barneveld, The Netherlands-based LED-lighting maker, raised $35.7m in its Series D financing round.
Participants in the round include existing investors and new (undisclosed) African investors.
The funds will help the company expand its portfolio of LED applications and accelerate international penetration.
Lemnis Lighting B.V., a subsidiary of Tendris Holding, also operates an office in San Francisco, CA.
