Humedics GmbH, a Grossbeeren, Germany-based company which commercializes an innovative method for instantaneous measurement of liver function at the patient’s bedside, has received a €500,000 investment from High-Tech Gründerfonds.
The newly formed company, a spin-off from Freie Universität Berlin and the Charité university hospital, will use the funds to begin development of production devices and the approval process.
