Hostway Corporation, a global provider of web hosting and cloud hosting services, closed a $110m debt and equity financing with a consortium of investors.
The transaction was led by Veronis Suhler Stevenson, with participation from Fortress Capital, Regiment Capital and Phoenix Life.
Hostway’s service offerings range from small business web hosting solutions to managed dedicated server hosting for medium to large enterprises. In 2009, the company launched cloud hosting offerings.
The funds will enable the company to support the next phase of growth.
Founded in 1998, Hostway has a direct presence in 14 countries, 17 worldwide operation centers and more than 700 employees.
