Highgate Associates and Enterprise Corporate Finance launched today a new EIS Fund called HG Tech Fund.
The new vehicle aims to help formative technology businesses with good ideas realise their potential more quickly.
In addition to their capital and expertise, the fund managers will offer investee companies support in terms of financial management, marketing and, where needed, senior level management.
The portfolio will aim for a spread across a number of investee companies and to be fully invested as quickly as possible.
The HG Tech Fund is open and has its initial close on 4th April 2010.
