Eureka Genomics, a Hercules, CA-based provider of advanced bioinformatics analysis associated with next-generation sequencing data, closed a $3.7m private financing round from private individuals and undisclosed angel investors.
This funding will support the advancement of the company’s lead programs in colorectal cancer, lymphoma and cardiovascular disease as well as help grow global sales and marketing for its high-end sequencing and bioinformatics business.
Eureka Genomics, which also has operations in Houston, TX, provides its services to diagnostics, pharmaceutical/biotechnology, agricultural and cleantech companies, as well as academic, public and private research laboratories.
