EIB agrees €300M in Loan to Crédit Agricole for French SMEs

The European Investment Bank (EIB) and Crédit Agricole have signed contracts providing a loan totalling €300m to support investment by French small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The facility will enable independent businesses with less than 250 employees in the agricultural, industrial or services sector to take out loans with Crédit Agricole, on favourable terms, to support the tangible or intangible investment they need to expand.
