BOX-IT Receives £2M Investment from Octopus Capital for Enterprise Fund

BOX-IT, a Winchester, UK-based document storage company, has received a £2m investment from Octopus Ventures.
The investment was made through the Government-backed Octopus Capital for Enterprise Fund (OCfE), which was set up to support fundamentally sound businesses with existing cash flows and genuine growth potential but which are currently unable to access the funding they need.
The capital infusion will support the BOX-IT’s merger with Stortext FM Limited, a Houghton Regis, UK-based provider of Hosted Document Management and Outsourced Document Processing solutions.
