Sofialys, a Paris, France-based provider of mobile ad serving and marketing service for operators, publishers & aggregators, ad networks agencies and advertisers, has received an investment of “several million Euros” from Creathor Venture.
The company, which has just launched its global mobile advertising market place ADITIC™ aimed to interface publishers and advertisers to sell and buy ad inventories, will use the funds to further develop and expand interationally.
Commenting on the financing, Gert Köhler, CEO at Creathor Venture, was quoted as saying: “We firmly believe in the strong potential of mobile advertising and see Sofialys as one of the most promising players on the market today.
“We have been impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the Sofialys team and are extremely excited at the prospect of being part of such an innovative and exciting project within the high growth sector of mobile advertising.
“In addition, we expect that Sofialys can benefit from our broad network in the mobile market which includes our portfolio companies such as Netbiscuits (Kaiserslautern), aka-aki (Berlin), Mobiles Republic (France), DIVA (Switzerland), Doodle (Switzerland) and others”.
