Dexrex Gear, a Boston, MA-based developer of cloud-based enterprise data management solutions for businesses mobile text (SMS) and instant message (IM) communications, has secured $1m of private investment.
The new funds were provided by new and existing private angel investors as part of a strategic financing that complements its initial seed round investment.
The company will use the capital to support the rollout of ChatSync, its recently launched cloud-based enterprise data management service, which provides small, medium and large enterprises with a comprehensive managed solution for the secure and seamless capture and active archiving of a business’s real-time messaging.
As stated by Barrett Bilotta, CFO at Dexrex Gear, the investment will also help the company continue to build the foundation from which to develop new products in the future.
