CapMan Invests in Hermelinen

Hermelinen, a private healthcare centre that provides specialist and occupational care with operations in Lulea in Northern Sweden, has received an undisclosed investment from CapMan Life Science IV.
Commenting on the investment, Anders Henriksson, who will remain as significant shareholder and CEO of the company also after the transaction has been completed, was quoted as saying: “I am very pleased that CapMan, with its experience, will become a major shareholder in Hermelinen.
“The capital injection and knowledge provided by CapMan gives us an opportunity to provide better and more comprehensive service offering to our customers in the future”.
“Our aim is to support Hermelinen in its future growth and the high quality standards Hermelinen is renowned for”, Head of CapMan Life Science and Partner Johan Bennarsten said.
“Hermelinen has 20 years experience within private healthcare and very strong reputation and position in its operating area in the northern parts of Sweden. 
“We see several growth opportunities especially in expanding the current service offering, including opening of a new primary care center. 
“I believe that we can make use of our extensive experience in the Nordic healthcare sector in further developing Hermelinen’s business”, he added.
