Manic Monkey Ltd, a London-based educational software company, has received a Series A equity financing from Dawn Capital, a venture capital firm focused on investing in technology businesses.
According to reports, the capital infusion will allow the company to accelerate further product development.
Manic Monkey provides school and families with software products aimed at closing the gap between educational materials and the kind of games children play at home.
In conjunction with the financing, Haakon Overli, managing partner at Dawn Capital, will join the company’s board.
