ClearPoint Learning Systems, a Hoboken, NJ-based corporate education provider, has received a $6.4m investment from Edison Venture Fund Edison.
The proceeds will be used to expand sales, marketing, development and staffing. Edison also purchased stock from the founders.
ClearPoint develops web-based learning solutions for the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors utilizing their proprietary software in graphics technology. The company applies advanced education methodologies for professional development and supports sales training, product launches, customer education and regulatory compliance.
Its customers include AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, and Pfizer.
