Solarus, a Norrtäljie-Sweden-based provider of hybrid solar panels that enable users to generate either electricity or heat or both, has raised SEK2m in equity financing from venture capital firm STING Capital.
The funds from the investment will be used to increase market activities and together with sub suppliers build up the production capacity.
According to Niclas Stenlund, CEO of Solarus, “The investment from STING Capital means that we can expand our market activities, speed up the process of industrialization and the development of our production”.
