Apprenda, the Clifton Park, NY-based creator of the SaaS Application Server SaaSGrid, announced that it has closed a $5m financing.
The round was led by venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with participation from existing investor High Peaks Venture Partners.
In conjunction with the financing, Peter Sonsini and Tom Grossi, respectively Partner and Principal at NEA, will join the company’s board of directors.
