Atlanta, GA-based Preparis Inc., the subscription-based workforce preparedness platform, raised a $4.6m funding in a round led by Fulcrum Ventures with the participation from several of Atlanta’s most successful technology executives and angel investors including Imlay Investments.
Founded in 2006, the platform delivers expert information, response protocols, communications, training and tools designed to protect businesses and their employees from terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, workplace violence, and other 21st century threats.
The Company will use the funds to expand its sales and marketing initiatives as well as accelerate product development.
