RT Outsourcing Services Ltd., an Indian Sonoma Management Partners portfolio company, raised Rs.650m (approximately $13.5m) from US-based global venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates, Inc. (NEA).
The company provides after-sales services, reverse logistics, and call centre operations in India. The proceeds will be used to expand its presence in the automation business, high-end networking and storage systems as well as enter new segments including defence, building management systems and integrated infrastructure management services.
Headquartered in Delhi, with offices in Bangalore, Kolkata and Mumbai, RT Outsourcing Services has also started new operations in Singapore to tap into South East Asia market.
